The Barnstomer at Goofy's Wiseacre The Barnstomer at Goofy's Wiseacre is located in Toontown next to Donald's Boat.  This is a great kiddie coaster.  No Fastpass for this attraction.  Minimum height is 35" or 89 cm.  This ride is not recomended for expectant mothers. Hours of Operation: Hours of operation are the same as the park hours.
