Pooh's Playful Spot Pooh's Playful Spot is located in Fantasyland next to Dumbo the Flying Elephant.  This is a outdoor play area for the kids.  Keep an eye out for Pooh and Tiger, you may be able to get a autograph or photo with them. Hours of Operation: Hours of operation are the same as the park hours.
