Mad Tea Party Mad Tea Party is located in Fantasyland across from the Many Adventuresof Winnie the Pooh.  This is not a fastpass attraction.  Sit in a tea cup and spin yourself around. Hours of Operation: Hours of operation are the same as the park hours.
