Dumbo the Flying Elephant Dumbo the Flying Elephant is located in Fantasyland across from Ariel's Grotto.  This is not a Fastpass ride.  Take flight in Dumbo, you control the up and down motion of Dumbo.  Hours of Operation: Hours of operation are the same as the park hours.
